This painting is part of my “Deep Sea Dances” collection where I explored ideas of dance in paint, through the lens of underwater creatures. Their fluid movements through the water, the delicate rippling of fins, invertebrate bodies swirling around rocks or prey - all of these sea dances I wanted to celebrate in paint. 

I imagine these jellies engaged in a waltz through the ocean!
